Tha axial-flow pump is a single-stage radial split type, which is designed reasonably and easy to disassemble. According to the different shell, it can be divided into two types: elbow type and volute type. According to different installation forms, it can be divided into horizontal installation and hanging installation. According to different connection methods, it can be divided into three types: direct connection, reducer connection and belt connection.

The pump has the following characteristics:
1. High efficiency: the structure of staggered arrangement of two half impeller blades is adopted, so as to change the frequency of blade frequency passing through the pump body tongue, so as to reduce the liquid flow pulse (about 1 ‰ to 4 ‰ of the head reduction), make the liquid flow more stable, more efficient, less vibration, and more stable and reliable operation.
2. Low NPSH: the shape of the blade inlet edge adopts convex arc optimization design, which increases the flow area of the liquid inlet, reduces the inlet flow rate, and increases the inlet edge pressure, so as to improve the NPSH. The blade head is designed with airfoil streamline, which reduces the impact loss of liquid flow and reduces the vortex. It not only improves the efficiency value of the highest point, but also makes the efficient area wider, the pressure distribution uniform and the cavitation performance better.
3. High reliability: the high lift pump adopts the double volute design, the pump body and the pump cover are set with stiffeners, and the hydraulic test of the pump shell is strictly in accordance with the hydraulic test standard in gblt5656 "technical conditions for centrifugal pump class II". The design of bearing span and short shaft roughening makes the rotor run with small disturbance, stable and reliable. All impellers are subject to 6.3-stage static balance test, and the whole rotor is subject to 2.5-stage dynamic balance test according to ap1610 standard.
